When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for skincare products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and at least half of the product must remain. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All European Wax Center proprietary products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Can I use my EWC gift card for online purchases?

Currently, gift cards purchased at our physical centers can be used for in-center services and products. Online store purchases require a credit card, debit card, or supported digital wallet.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin?

Our collections are dermatologist-tested and formulated with high-quality ingredients designed to nourish the skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application of any new skincare product.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
